Welcome to Raisolo.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Raisolo.com website, its subdomains, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated and provided to you by MC² Ventures FZCO (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a free-zone company registered in Dubai, UAE.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Raisolo.com is an AI-powered service that processes and summarizes content you submit, such as emails, newsletters, reports, and updates (“User Content”). It delivers these summaries to you on a schedule you determine and may allow you to search past summaries.

2. Beta Service Disclaimer

Important — Beta Service. You acknowledge that the Service is currently offered in a “Beta” phase. The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind. During the Beta phase:

  • No data retention guarantee: we do not guarantee the retention, availability, integrity, or backup of any User Content or summaries. Your data may be deleted at any time without notice for operational reasons, including the deployment of new versions. You agree that you use the Service at your own risk and should not rely on it as a primary archive.
  • Service changes: features and functionality may be added, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.
  • Potential for errors: the Service and its AI-generated summaries may contain errors, inaccuracies, or bugs. We are not liable for any such errors or any reliance you place on the information provided.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must register an account, providing a valid email address (or signing in with a supported identity provider). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for keeping your access secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. User Content and AI Processing Licenses

You retain all ownership rights to your original User Content. However, to operate the Service, you must grant us the following licenses:

A. License to Operate

You grant MC² Ventures FZCO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, process, adapt, and distribute your User Content. This license is solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and delivering the Service to you (e.g., receiving your email, processing it with our AI, generating a summary, and sending it to you).

B. License for Service Improvement (Non-Premium Users Only)

  • If you are using a Free or basic version of the Service, the license granted in Section 4.A is expanded. You explicitly grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use your User Content to train, refine, and improve our artificial intelligence models and the overall Service.
  • This training license does not apply to users on a Premium plan or users in a Premium trial.
  • If you upgrade from a Free version to a Premium plan, the upgrade does not retroactively revoke the license you previously granted for content submitted while you were a non-Premium user.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 General Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to submit any content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or abusive. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the Service.

5.2 Prohibited and High-Risk Content

Warning — do not submit sensitive data. You agree that you will not submit, and we are not liable for, any content that is highly confidential or subject to specific data protection regulations. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Protected Health Information (PHI);
  • Regulated financial data (e.g., credit card numbers);
  • State secrets or classified information;
  • Any data where a breach could cause significant financial, reputational, or personal harm.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You use the Service at your own risk regarding the confidentiality of your data.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, especially during the Beta phase or for any violation of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MC² VENTURES FZCO OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
  • Dispute Resolution: any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be finally settled by binding arbitration under the Rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) by one (1) arbitrator appointed in accordance with said Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, UAE. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
